My passion in life is to bring people happiness, and what better way to spread that then teaching what brings me the most joy, yoga! I started my yoga journey after dancing for the majority of my life(I started at just three years old!). Once I stopped dancing I needed something to fill that gap, and that's where yoga stepped into my life. I get easily stressed, and yoga is that thing that brings me back to a state of calm and being present in the moment. I have an exuberant personality and it excites me to share this love of yoga with everyone I meet!

First learning about yoga in high school, I fell in love with its way in giving me peace and stability when I struggled with anxiety and BED. Since then my love for it has soared as I learned to connect my body, mind, and spirit. Experiencing such a positive shift in my mental health from the practice, I desired to share this knowledge with others and began teacher training. My desire for my students is to experience a positive change in their lives from the practices of yoga by learning to live in the present moment and by accepting themselves wholeheartedly.
