Chair Yoga

 

This is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and stress reduction

PELVIC FLOOR FOUNDATIONS & PRACTICES


 
Join Gillian Soder (RYT) for an afternoon of functional exploration of your pelvic floor and its relationship to the rest of your body. Learn the basic anatomical features of the pelvic floor, potential causes for incontinence, and how lifestyle choices and physical traumas can affect this part of your body. 
Explore movement exercises proven to assist in the rehabilitation and maintenance of a healthy pelvic floor, including asanas and breathing techniques.
